I'd be lying if I said I hadn't questioned my decision to stay in the US. On multiple occasions, those regretful thoughts have ran through my mind. But yesterday, I was reminded why I chose to stay. My reminder came in the form of a 7 lb 4 oz little girl that made her appearance into this world.
My new niece, Channing, was an excellent reminder to me as to why I chose to stay here. I also got the pleasure of watching Lynnon when Trent and Abby delivered their new addition. Waking up with Lynnon and getting her around and excited to see her little sister was really fun. I definitely can't regret the decision I made when I look at their little faces.
I just wanted to make a quick entry and welcome the little lady into the world. I'm excited to watch her grow up close by instead of overseas. It would not have been as nice hearing about the news over the distance. I'm glad I got to meet her on her birthday. Congratulations and much love to my brother, Trent, his strong wife, Abby, and their little daredevil, Lynnon.
